A Little Piece of Jenin, For Your Table.
Olive oil, zaatar, sumac and sage, grown on land that's been in our family for generations.
We Didn't Invent This Pantry. We Inherited It.
The olive oil, the handful of zaatar, the sumac on the table. These are not new ideas. They are part of the way our family has cooked, gathered and eaten for generations.
We started Taste Jenin so this pantry, and a little piece of Jenin, could sit on tables far from home.

Made by hand, in small batches, the way our family always has. We think one taste will tell you everything you need to know.
Every olive is picked by hand, not by machine. It takes longer, but it's the only way we've ever known to do it right.
Everything comes from our own land, farmed by our own family for more than thirty years. Nothing blended in from anywhere else.
Pressed within hours of picking, without heat, so nothing is lost along the way.
The Rain Decides the Harvest.
Our olive trees grow on rain-fed land in Jenin. They follow the seasons rather than an irrigation schedule. Harvest comes by hand, and the olives make the short journey from tree to press. Nothing here begins with a product. It begins with the land.
